Baseball 101 For Youth League Commissioners
Thank you for volunteering your time and energy to oversee your local youth baseball league. It is clear that you love baseball and you care about the young people in your community. You want to see the children in your program learn how to play the game properly, improve their skills, and enjoy their baseball experience. Your coaches are the key to making this happen.
Recruiting and training a staff of quality coaches is critical to your success! Often, your coaches are fathers who generously offer their time but have limited playing and/or coaching experience and little time to prepare practice plans.
